The Trust has launched a special "Long John Silver " ale, through the kind sponsorship of local Real Ale brewer Wickwar Brewery. This beer, in keeping with its namesake, is fortified with "A Little Extra Hop". Long John Silver beer features at a number of West Country Beer Festivals, and can be purchased at a number of local public houses in and around Bristol, including the Trust's office based at The Beaufort Arms , Hawkesbury Upton and at Wickwar Brewery
